Born and raised in the Nambucca Valley, Penny is passionate about creating a collaborative, accessible and well-resourced community. With tertiary qualifications in the social sciences and experience in business, finance, and brand management, Penny is invested in building confidence and compatibility within business, and sustainable innovation for individuals in the Bowraville Region.

Paul came to the area with his wife 7 years ago. He comes to BISEP with a wealth of knowledge from working in the Building Industry and as a Mediator. Paul worked on the initial concept for BISEP which emerged after the Solutions Brokerage process began in Bowraville in 2017. Paul has a commitment and passion for creating connected communities and active engagement.

Todd brings to the table significant experience in resource, financial and contract management in both the Government and commercial sectors, extending over a decade. He is currently Treasurer of four local not-for-profit community organisations.

Craig has been living in the Nambucca Valley for the last 35 years and the town of Bowraville for 10. He is passionate about the town and has worked with several community organisations in the past. Craig is a Real Estate agent in the Valley and lives with his family at the Old Butter Factory at Bowraville.

Trudi came to the valley 11 years ago and lives at Missabotti with her Family. Trudi has worked as a Social Worker for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in community development, health and education. She currently manages 2 small businesses and is part of a number of different community groups. Trudi believes that BISEP is a much needed network in connecting our local community through working together.
